Our Policies

When booking your appointment:  Please let us know if you have any time constraints.  We will call you when your pet is ready for pick up, unless a pre-arranged time has been discussed at drop off (we will normally ask for a 3-hour window). We close at 4:00 p.m. Please pick up your pet before that time. Customers that arrive after 4:00 p.m. will be charged an additional 20% of their groom.

Arriving for your appointment:  Please arrive for your appointment on time or a few minutes before. Being on time helps us keep on schedule for other appointments, and avoids the possibility of having to be rescheduled or being marked as a No-Show for your appointment. (See information for No-Show appointment below).

Canceling/Rescheduling appointments:  Please give us a minimum of 24 hours’ notice (preferably 48 hour notice) if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Less than a 24 hour notice will result in being charged for your missed appointment the amount of your pet’s groom.

No show for appointments: Less than a 24 hour notice will result in being charged for your missed appointment for the amount of your pet’s groom. We also reserve the right to request a credit card number to keep on file to schedule future appointments for customers that have not shown for previous appointments. We will charge a customer’s card for the full groom for future no-shows to appointments. Our appointments are valuable to us as a small business and to our other customers.  

Please potty your pet before their appointment: With a few exceptions, we are unable to take pets outside for potty breaks.

Sick pets: If your pet is vomiting or has diarrhea, please call to reschedule your appointment.
